TimelyCare
TimelyCare provides eligible NMSU employees and students with virtual medical, mental health, and well-being services. NMSU covers the cost of TimelyCare, providing eligible employees and students access to these services at no cost to them.
Eligibility
Employees: All regular, term-appointment, and temporary employees are eligible, regardless of FTE.
Graduate assistants and student employees are not eligible based on their employment status but may be eligible based on their student enrollment.
Available Services
· MedicalNow - 24/7, on-demand medical care
· TalkNow - 24/7, on-demand emotional support
· Scheduled Counseling - Schedule with the mental health provider of your choice, up to 12 visits per year
· Scheduled Medical - Schedule an appointment with a medical provider
· Health Coaching - Support for developing healthy behaviors
· Psychiatry - Advanced mental health care, available upon referral
· Basic Needs Support - Connections to free or reduced-cost community resources
· Self-Care Content - 24/7 access to meditation, yoga, videos, articles, and other self-care resources

Sign in using NMSU single sign-on (SSO) to access services from a smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop while located in the United States.
Cost
