Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment coming October 2024

Open enrollment is your annual opportunity to evaluate your employee benefit options and make changes for the upcoming year.  This includes switching your medical plan, electing or dropping medical, dental, vision, and voluntary benefit plans, adding or dropping dependents, and enrolling or renewing your enrollment in Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). You must re-enroll each year during Open Enrollment for Healthcare or Dependent Care FSAs. You may also change your medical, dental, and vision premiums to pre-tax or post-tax. Elections made during Open Enrollment become effective January 1 of the following year.

To make changes to your benefits mid-plan-year, you must do so within 31 days of a qualifying life event.

Group Life, Voluntary Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment, and Long-Term Disability are not included in annual Open Enrollment.  To enroll in these benefits after your initial 31-days of benefit eligible employment, see Late Enrollment.
